One thing at a time

Focus is a product decision. No parallel roadmaps, no synthetic urgency, no trying to look bigger than we are. The thing being built is the only thing being built.

Small, and finished

Software doesn't need to be large to be useful. We'd rather ship a small, finished tool than an ambitious half-thing that needs a login wall and a roadmap to justify itself.

Yours, not ours

Data stays in the browser where we can help it. No accounts when none are needed, no tracking for vanity, no selling attention to a third party.

Looked after

"Shipped" is the start, not the end. The things we put out are maintained as long as people use them — including, often, ourselves.
